Mavinkayi/ Mango Chutney

Directions
Grind raw mango pieces, grated coconut, putani, onion, red chilies, jaggery, and salt to a paste.
Prepare seasoning by heating oil in Kadai. Add Mustard seeds and Methi Seeds. On spluttering add curry leaves and Asafoetida.
Transfer this to grinded paste.
Serve this tangy chutney with dosa or roti.
